Women’s XC Finishes Second in Conference Championship

Milledgeville, GA – The Central Georgia Technical College women's cross country team earned a second-place finish in the Georgia Collegiate Athletic Association (GCAA) conference championship on Tuesday. The feat marks the programs second runner-up title in program history.

The Lady Titans earned 57 points, slightly edging out Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College with 63 points. Georgia Military College earned 17 points to secure the GCAA conference championship. Emory Oxford and South Georgia State College did not score team points in the meet.

The team was led by Sarahi Garcia, who earned a top-10 finish in the race.
