Macon, GA – The Central Georgia Technical College (CGTC) Athletics Department is pleased to announce that Tim Feezor has signed a National Letter of Intent (NLI) to continue his academic and cross country endeavors at the University of West Georgia (UWG).

During his freshman campaign with CGTC Cross Country, Feezor left an indelible mark on the men's program. In his first collegiate meet, he led the Titans to victory in the Middle Georgia (MGA) Invitational after the program's year-long hiatus from competition.

Feezor's strong showing on the course also led the Titans to a third-place finish in the Georgia Military College (GMC) Brickyard Invitational.

With a time of 27:59.5, Tim captured a first-place finish in the 2019 Georgia Collegiate Athletic Association (GCAA) Cross Country Championship, earning him the coveted title of GCAA Men's Runner of the Year and a spot on the All-Region Team.

As the 2019 GCAA Division I Men's Cross Country Champion, Feezor earned an automatic bid to the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Division I Cross Country Championship in Albuquerque, New Mexico in November 2019. Among the field of 343 runners, Feezor finished 73rd overall with a time of 26:40 in the national meet.

"I can't overstate how proud I am of Tim and the way he was able to come in and be so dominant as a freshman," said Craig Lawson, CGTC Cross Country Head Coach. "To win the conference and sign a four-year scholarship within nine months of graduating high school is an unreal accomplishment and it's a testament to his hard work."

Feezor is a native of Warner Robins and a Houston County High School graduate.
