Macon, GA – The Central Georgia Technical College Athletics Department has announced the 2019 schedules for men's and women's cross country. After a year-long hiatus from competition, the teams will participate in four regular season meets and the Georgia Collegiate Athletic Association (GCAA) conference championships.
CGTC cross country will open the 2019 season on September 7 in the Middle Georgia State University (MGA) Invitational in Macon, followed by the Georgia Military College (GMC) Brickyard Invitational on September 13. The following week, the Titans will compete in the Wingfoot Cross Country Classic in Cartersville on September 20.
Both teams will close out the regular season on the road in Tallahassee in the Florida State University (FSU) Invitational on October 11. The Titans will end the season in the GCAA Cross Country Championships on October 16 at conference host GMC in Milledgeville.
The 2019-20 National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Division I Men's & Women's Cross Country Championships are scheduled to take place at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque on November 9.
